What is the phone number for kp National HR? ›

Employees may contact the Regional Human Resources Command Center at (855) 599-9922. Physicians may contact the TPMG Physician Benefits Team at (510) 625-6600. The EAP offers a free and confidential service for all Kaiser Permanente employees and their dependent family members.

This ID is called the National User Identifier (NUID). The NUID is intended to be the one and only ID that you will eventually use to access all KP computer systems, eliminating the need to remember multiple sets of credentials.

Once you have created an account, you can log in by visiting the Kaiser Permanente website and clicking on “Log In”. Enter your username and password and click “Log In”. If you have forgotten your username or password, click on “Forgot Username/Password” and follow the instructions provided.

After 1 year of employment, you're eligible for an employer matching contribution of up to 1.25 percent. Your contribution increases by 1 percent per year up to 6 percent unless you opt out. You're immediately 100 percent vested in your contributions to your account.
