Called Xfinity customer service line and they could not give any information about upgrading myphone. They said Iwould have togo into the store toget any info onupgrading and ifthey have the phone Iwant instock. Itried going tothe store amonth prior and waited over two hours and finally just left. Iasked for adirect number tothe store soI could call before Idrove all the way there and had towait hours totalk tosomeone and then just have them tell meits out ofstock orfor whatever reason Icouldn't upgrade myphone. Ihave been with Xfinity over 12years and Iwill becanceling every service Ihave with them next week. The customer service from Xfinity isabsolutely GARBAGE!!!!! Ifyour reading this GOSOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!… – show

I've been tothis location afew times and the staff are asfriendly asthey can bewithout feeling forced. I've seen them deal with unhappy customers, and they are professional and empathetic. Overall, agood experience. Iwill begoing back.

If Icould give zero stars Iwould. Johnathan truly screwed myhusband and Iduring across country move with the military. Wemoved almost 4months ago and still are dealing with the repercussions. Assomeone who used towork for the company Iknow how things should bedone but this guy was truly ashyster who just wanted asale. Weare trying tomove away from Xfinity still and will continue totell everyone Iknow not tomove toXfinity mobile because ofhim. 0/10donot recommend.

Great place Todo business. Nice workers with great knowledge ifyou have questions. Great deals for all budgets. Goinside and view what they have foryou. I'm sure you will behappy with agreat deal they can find foryou. Plenty ofparking. Waiting time isminimally short ona buisyday. Wehave been acustomer for over 10years and are still very happy. This review isfor the xfinity home security service. There are several hidden charges asalways with crimecast. The first was a$10/mth fee torecord video onup to6cameras. After that fee goesup. Not much good ifyou can't record.
The 2nd hidden fee was a$25/mth totalling $600for installation and equipment.
The installation took all of15minutes and Iwasn't given anoption toinstall myself. This charge consisted of10window sensors, 2cameras, 1motion sensor. Well heonly mounted
1outside camera and did itso well weget tosee the eaves ofthe house inhalf the frame. The window sensors are merely stickon. And the sticky tape isalso inadequate. We've had several false alarms due tothem falling off windows this summer. That initself isanother cost.We've been aloyal Comcast customer here for 20years and when Ispoke tothem about the ridiculous fees Iwas left onhold for 45min with noone coming back tome after staying “she'd check onit”. Unfortunately, I'm outside my30day cancelation window orit would begone asap. Will definitely not berenewing their service.
